Covid-19 Safety

Although restrictions have been lifted, we continue to take Covid-19 very seriously at our studio and have put in place procedures and guidelines for coming into the studio.

Please do not come into the studio if you or anyone you have come into contact with has Covid-19 or are experiencing Covid symptoms, which can be similar to a cold.

Before you attend your makeup course, makeup lesson, bridal trial or make-over, you will be sent a set of Covid safety guidelines specific to your booking. Please carefully read through and contact us if you are unsure or have any queries.

If you appear unwell, you may be required to take a negative lateral flow test before your appointment to attend.

Please bring in your own clean makeup brushes and makeup if you would prefer.

Enough time will be allocated between appointments to clean the studio.

During your appointment appropriate a face mask may be worn by artist when in close contact.

Bank transfer in advance is the preferred way to pay please.

If you experience Covid-19 symptoms up to 10 days after visiting the studio, please contact us immediately.

Deposits and Cancellations due to Covid-19

A non-refundable payment will be taken to secure your appointment and attendance. If you need to cancel your appointment due to covid-19 symptoms or infection, please contact us as soon as possible. Your appointment will be rebooked as soon as it is deemed safe to do so and your deposit can be transferred. You can do this only one time and we will require proof of your Covid status from the NHS.

If any of our staff experience symptoms we will notify you immediately, postpone your booking and rearrange your appointment for when it is deemed safe to do so.
